Excellence in Selling Program
This 8-month dynamic training program is designed to develop winning sales teams who are ready to tackle an ever-changing business environment. Each participant will receive extensive team and one-on-one training focused on driving revenue and ROI for customers, learn advanced selling strategies and gain access to proven sales tools.
Program Components
The Sales Connection
Success on any team starts at the top. Based on the leadership style of a manager, do the members of the sales team connect with their leader? Is the sales team and their leader working collaboratively towards a common goal?
We identify the sales managers’ leadership style and their overall managerial impact on each member of the team. This information is reviewed during this one-hour session and strategies are designed to enhance key areas on the sales team such as increased communication, improved sales performance feedback and more consistency in team goal-setting.
Sales Team Market Training Session
To build a strategy for maximizing revenue and fostering strong customer relations, we need to identify key factors impacting the specific market or industry.
During this 3-hour training session, the sales team will uncover growth opportunities by working collaboratively to identify market-specific challenges or roadblocks and learning how to overcome them.
Sales Workshops
Ten 90-minute customized workshops are scheduled throughout the program with modules focused on market-driven topics:
Off-Site team strategy Training Session
One half-day training session [five hours total] is scheduled at the 6-month mark of the program. Group discussions during this session will focus on individual and team key growth indicators, newly applied sales techniques and tactics, as well as sharing customer success stories. The team will also participate in role-playing and group solution training.
Program Certification Award Presentation
Each participant completing the 8-month Excellence In Selling Program will receive a personalized program certificate acknowledging their commitment and success throughout the program.

TOTAL PROGRAM INVESTMENT:
$4,200 per participant (plus GST)
