Prime Performance Program
This 9-month program is designed to boost team and individual performance through self-innovation and skill enhancement. It focusses on growing each participant’s and the sales group’s present talents while uncovering untapped potential by introducing new, highly-successful sales and management tools and techniques
From improving one-on-one customer relations to creating career goals within their organization, the Prime Performance Program focuses on team excellence in the world of selling and management.
Program Components
Program Sample: We introduce the “3 P’s for Success” and work with the team to apply these techniques to foster customer relationships relative to their specific roles, deliver long-term results and create growth opportunities.
Program Sample: Session topics may include ‘Working Together Towards Success’, ‘New Business Development’, ‘The Sum of All Parts in Business’ and ‘Delivering Superior Customer Service’.
How do we do it? By introducing customized sales and management techniques, as well as tools for increasing new business revenues, strengthening key customer relations and becoming a more effective problem solver for customers.
Program Certification
At the completion of the 9-month program, each participant will receive a personalized program certificate acknowledging their participation and achievement throughout the program.

TOTAL PROGRAM INVESTMENT:
$4,200 per participant (plus GST)
Program may be subject to fee subsidization through the Canada-Alberta Job Grant.
