From new business development requirements to shifting expectations for communicating and connecting with customers, companies are having to adapt to new challenges in the business world, aka ”The New Normal”.
Organizations not only need to have a clear understanding of newly emerging leaders within their team, but also provide opportunities to further develop and apply new leadership skills.
Leadership Development Program
This program is designed to provide employees throughout various levels of an organization, the ability to achieve greater results in their current roles, while enhancing their leadership skills required for growth.
Each participant will receive 21 hours of extensive training through highly interactive team training modules, a team strategic leadership session, plus additional training resources [module worksheets, leadership style webinar, videos, guest speakers].

The eleven Leadership Training Modules are customizable to your company’s needs, providing opportunities to learn and apply these proven practices, knowledge and resources towards their future corporate success.
Strategic team leadership session
Scheduled at the half-way mark of the program, this one-hour team strategic leadership session will be based on material covered within this program and participant-team feedback.
This session is designed to evaluate the program while focussing on the new areas of growth from each individual and their impact on the entire team.
We will also be strategizing on how these talents will be implemented into the workplace.
Program Certification
Upon completion of the 10-month program, each participant will receive a personalized program certificate acknowledging their participation and achievement throughout the program.

TOTAL PROGRAM INVESTMENT:
$4,500 per participant (plus GST)

Program may be subject to fee subsidization through the Canada-Alberta Job Grant.
